The Reality of Fire Risk

Every Fire Starts Small.
Our Job Is to Keep It That Way.

01

Fire Risk Assessments

Detailed site evaluations conducted by Level 4 qualified fire risk assessors. We identify hazards, evaluate risks to persons, and produce a comprehensive written report with a prioritised action plan — fully compliant with current Kenyan legislation and OSHA requirements.

  • Full site survey by Level 4 qualified assessor
  • Written report with photographic evidence
  • RAG-rated (Red / Amber / Green) action plan
  • Means of escape, fire spread & management review
  • Re-assessment scheduling & tracking
  • KEBS and county fire code compliance verification
Important Note

Under Kenya's Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and county fire codes, a written fire risk assessment is a legal requirement for all non-domestic premises. Failure to hold a current assessment can result in unlimited fines, forced closure, or prosecution. Don't delay — contact FireGuide today.

Fire Extinguishers

Supply, installation, and annual servicing of portable fire extinguishers — the right type and capacity for your specific fire class risk. Every extinguisher is positioned, signed, and documented in compliance with KEBS standards and BS 5306, ensuring your premises pass every inspection.

  • All classes: Powder (ABC), CO₂, Foam, Water, Wet Chemical
  • Wheeled heavy-duty units for industrial & warehouse sites
  • Wall-mounting, floor stands & photoluminescent signage
  • Annual KEBS-compliant service & extended test scheduling
  • Replacement & eco-disposal of expired cylinders
  • Monthly check guidance & staff operation training
Important Note

KEBS guidelines require portable fire extinguishers to be serviced annually by a competent, certified engineer. Hydrostatic pressure testing is required every 5 years (CO₂) or 10 years (water/foam). FireGuide tracks all due dates and notifies you automatically — keeping you perpetually compliant.
